Nylon Insert Hex Lock Nuts, Self-Locking Stop Nuts with Nylon Collar, 20 Pack

Lock Nuts with Nylon Inserts – Secure Fixings for DIY and General Use This set of twenty hexagon lock nuts is designed for reliable, vibration-resistant fastening across a range of DIY and general assembly tasks. Each nut features a nylon insert that grips the bolt thread, helping to keep your fixings firmly in place once tightened. Self-Locking Design for a Dependable Hold The nylon collar inside each nut acts as a locking mechanism, creating friction against the bolt to resist loosening from movement or vibration. This means you can often do without spring washers, simplifying your setup while maintaining a secure connection. The hexagon profile allows for easy tightening with standard spanners or sockets. Practical Storage and Organisation The nuts come supplied in a plastic container with a pre-installed rim, keeping the fixings tidy and neatly organised between uses. This makes it easy to store the set in a toolbox, workshop drawer, or project bag, and to distribute pieces to frequently used lock nuts without making a mess. Quality Construction for Everyday Reliability Manufactured with a sensible, sturdy structure and a clean finish, these lock nuts are built for practical, repeated use. The NF-threaded design is intended for use with compatible bolts, offering a straightforward solution for secure fastenings in various applications.
