Gluten-free oat pasta is rich in protein, fiber and mineral salt that promotes a healthier lifestyle. It perfectly maintains an “al dente” texture after cooking due to its tanning and slow drying. Stretching is the process in which dough (consisting of flour and water) is extruded through a mold that has holes of different shapes and sizes from which the desired pasta shape is produced. At the end of the process there is a series of rotating blades that cut the pasta to the required length. Boil 1 Lt of water for 100g of pasta, add a tablespoon of olive oil if desired. When the water has boiled add 10g of salt. Add the pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes. Strain the pasta and voila
