The MKS DLC32 V2.0 is a purpose-built 32-bit control board for desktop-class laser engraving machines, engineered for offline autonomy and wireless versatility. At its core sits the ESP32-WROOM-32U MCU (32-bit, 240 MHz), backed by 8192 KB Flash and 520 KB RAM. Constructed from rigid PCB and reinforced metal elements. Offers native support for 2.4-inch and 3.5-inch colour touch TFT displays — no intermediate controller needed. Integrated WiFi enables web-based configuration, file uploads and live status monitoring. Fully interoperable with Grblaser and LightBurn when connected to a PC via USB. In standalone mode, all operations — including file selection, power calibration, job start/stop and real-time speed override — happen through the connected touchscreen interface alone. Physical integration follows MKS industry standards: same cutout dimensions and mounting positions as previous generations, easing upgrades and cross-platform builds. The board runs GRBL-derived firmware tuned specifically for laser modulation and thermal safety logic.
