It is recommended to pour the bath into the eyepiece until it is about a third full. Tilt your head forward, keeping the eyepiece at the base. Place the eyepiece over your eye and slowly raise your head with your eye open to moisten it with the solution. Move your head from right to left slowly for at least 30 seconds. If the eyepiece is used by several people, it is advisable to sterilize it in boiling water.
