Prebiotic, fiber and iron-rich, our USDA Organic Tiger Nut flour is a 1-to-1 substitute for wheat flour with a sweet, nutty flavor. It's paleo friendly, gluten free, vegan, non-GMO and BPA free. Our flour is made from finely ground organic Tiger Nuts, adding moisture and a chewy texture to baked goods, plant-based burgers and healthy snacks. Certified Organic by Ecocert SA, our Tiger Nut flour is also kosher.
