The slow drying at low temperatures (30 hours, 40 ° C) does not alter the starches of the pasta. This allows to obtain a "live" product, with a tough, elastic and non-sticky consistency, which guarantees greater digestibility. It is recommended to cook the pasta for 20-22 minutes in lightly salted water with sea salt and mix with a wooden ladle. Keep in a cool and dry place. Duration 9 months.
