PP PBT Soft Couple Toothbrush Set

A two-unit toothbrush set engineered for adult couples requiring reliable, non-ambiguous oral care tools. Constructed entirely from PP (handle) and PBT (bristles), with no secondary materials or coatings. Each unit features a standard head, 0.15 mm filaments, and an anti-slip textured grip zone. Dimensions: 18 cm long, ~15 g per brush. The black-and-white configuration is built into the manufacturing process — not applied post-production — ensuring lasting visual distinction. Packaging is uncoated, recyclable cardboard with reinforced corners for protection during shipping and travel. The choice of PP and PBT reflects regulatory and performance priorities: PP complies with EU food-contact safety standards (EC No. 10/2011) for prolonged moisture exposure, while PBT satisfies EN ISO 20126 requirements for filament resilience and softness retention after 200+ brushing cycles. The 0.15 mm filament diameter was selected following comparative trials with 0.12 mm (too fragile) and 0.18 mm (perceived as medium) variants — striking the optimal balance for UK adult preferences reported in 2023 Mintel oral care research. This set supports three core needs: hygiene separation (no shared brushes), routine consistency (identical performance per unit), and environmental alignment (plastic-free packaging, durable materials). It makes no claims beyond its physical attributes — no whitening, no gum therapy, no smart features — because effective brushing begins with trust in the tool’s honesty and repeatability.
