Precision 12-24V to 5V 3A Step-Down Module

A high-accuracy, miniaturised DC-DC step-down power module supporting 4.5–24V DC input and delivering tightly regulated output — adjustable from 0.8V to 17V or preset to 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 9V or 12V. Output current capability extends to 3A (confirmed at 12V input → 5V/1.5A), with peak conversion efficiency of 97.5% (e.g., 6.5V to 5V at 0.7A) and a fixed 500 kHz switching frequency. Output ripple is maintained at 20 mV (12V→5V/3A, 20 MHz bandwidth). It operates reliably from –40°C to +85°C, exhibits ±0.5% voltage regulation and ±1% load regulation, settles within ±5% in under 200 µs after load steps, and includes short-circuit protection and enable functionality. Input and output connections use solder terminals; output may alternatively use pin headers. PCB mounting uses standard 2.54 mm pitch holes. Quiescent current is 0.85 mA.
