Precision Brass Flow Sensor GSWH2

A purpose-built water flow sensor manufactured from high-purity, rust-resistant brass to deliver consistent performance in mobile and off-grid water heating applications. With a total length of 63.5 mm and a robust 3/4-inch NPT threaded connection, it integrates directly into the cold water inlet line of Girard GSWH-2 heaters. Its internal paddle-wheel mechanism provides analog pulse output calibrated to the heater’s native flow logic—requiring no adaptation or software override. Weight: 180 g. Operating range: 0.45–6.0 GPM. Suitable for both permanent and temporary installations, including retrofit projects on older GSWH-2 units upgraded for modern campsite compliance. Backed by full traceability to Girard’s original component specification sheet (Rev. C, 2022).
