Precision-Fit Metal Handle Kit

This single-unit metal handle is manufactured from die-cast zinc alloy, chosen for its excellent dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, and consistent machining tolerance. Overall dimensions: 6.2 cm (L) × 2.8 cm (W) × 1.9 cm (H), weight: ~85 g. Finish is a non-reflective brushed metal surface, minimising visual distraction during printing operations. Intended exclusively for H2D-series printers, it replaces either the front door handle or cabin cover handle (not both simultaneously). The front door application benefits from the plastic door’s inherent flex-resistance — the metal handle adds no undue strain while improving grip and longevity. On the tempered glass cabin cover, installation demands attention: screws must be centred in the pre-drilled holes and tightened gradually to avoid concentrating pressure on fragile glass corners — a risk mitigated by the included compatibility with existing silicone dampeners. For top cover use, movement is strictly limited to vertical lift — any side-to-side force risks microfractures or seal misalignment.
