DTS6012M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging module, featuring a high-sensitivity infrared enhanced SPAD sensor with a 20m range. The chip incorporates time-correlated photon threshold algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm, and fast TDC architecture to enable high-precision distance measurement. It offers 12m@160KLux ambient light resistance and reflectivity correction capability. The DTS6012M includes an integrated power module, operates on a single 3.3V power supply, and features built-in temperature compensation. It supports I2C and UART interfaces for easy integration and uses a compact, reliable optical LGA package. With small size and lightweight design, it is suitable for micro-dToF applications.
