Premium Powdered Sugar Dusting Tool

Built with a dual-material system: ultra-fine 304-grade stainless steel mesh head bonded to a reinforced polypropylene (PP) structural frame and integrated handle. The mesh aperture is engineered specifically for confectioners’ sugar — fine enough to prevent grittiness, open enough to avoid clogging with humidity-sensitive icing sugar. Frame rigidity ensures full surface contact when dusting flat or curved items like tart shells, focaccia or rolled fondant. Also compatible with UK-standard flours (e.g., Doves Farm organic plain, Shipton Mill T55) and alternative flours including brown rice and buckwheat.
