Programmable DDS Oscillator Board SPI Serial Interface MCU Compatible Precise Waveform Controller

The AD9833 is a low-power programmable signal generator capable of generating sine, triangle, and square wave outputs. The device supports waveform detection and time domain reflectometry (TDR) applications requiring uniform output frequency and phase generation. It is software programmable with digitally programmable frequency and phase control. The unit features a 28-bit frequency register and a standard serial interface allowing direct interfacing with microprocessors and DSPs. The serial interface operates at clock frequencies up to 40 MHz. The device operates from a 2.3 V to 5.5 V power supply. Typical power consumption is 12.65 mW at 3 V. The output frequency range is 0 MHz to 12.5 MHz with a 25 MHz reference clock capability. An integrated power-down function is available to minimize power consumption. The module is constructed with printed circuit board materials. Package contents consist of 1 x DDS module and 1 x pin header.
