Its 28-bit frequency register enables fine frequency resolution: up to 0.1 Hz with a 25 MHz reference clock, or 0.004 Hz with a 1 MHz clock. It features a standard serial interface compatible with microcontrollers and DSPs, supporting serial clock frequencies up to 40 MHz.
