Programmable Floor Heating Thermostat

This thermostat is engineered specifically for electric underfloor heating systems operating at AC230V up to 16A. Its high-precision internal sensor achieves 0.1°C resolution, and users can calibrate readings in 0.1°C steps if discrepancies arise between displayed and actual room temperature. It supports dual-sensing modes: default internal air temperature detection or external floor sensor input — enabling automatic cut-off if floor surface exceeds safe limits. Installation follows standard European 86mm cassette dimensions and complies with CE safety requirements. The interface features a clear LCD screen showing real-time room temperature, target setting and active heating status, illuminated by a white backlight triggered on button press and timed to fade after 30 seconds. Programming covers seven days with configurable weekday/weekend patterns — six slots Monday–Friday, two Saturday–Sunday — and users may select recurring 5-, 6- or 7-day cycles. All user-defined parameters persist through power interruptions. A dedicated button lock mode disables inputs to prevent unintended changes, especially useful in homes with young children. The flow temperature difference function (0.5–10°C range) adds intelligent hysteresis to reduce relay stress and improve system longevity.
