This ZK-SMC01 module serves as an operation control unit for single-axis stepper motors, featuring an LCD display and support for automatic, manual, setting, and serial port control modes. Compatible with common cathode motor signals, it operates on a universal DC 5-30V power supply and retains saved settings upon power loss. 1. The controller supports TTL serial communication with adjustable speed ranges from 0.1 to 999 laps per minute and forward or reverse pulse counts up to 9999 pulses. 2. Operational features include acceleration and deceleration control, cycle work times up to 9999, delay times ranging from 0.0 to 999.9 seconds, and segment selection between 1 and 128. 3. Constructed from plastic, the device functions within a temperature range of -5°C to 60°C non-condensing and includes input reverse polarity protection. 4. The package contains one stepper motor controller unit, which can run independently or be used in conjunction with other systems for general industrial control. 5. Application suitability covers general industrial control occasions but explicitly excludes use in medical-treatment, fire protection, or life-critical fields.
