Rotating Head Deburring Tool Set

This comprehensive manual deburring solution comprises 11 specialised HSS blades: 5 BS1010 M2 blades for general-purpose deburring of steel, brass, aluminium, resin and similar materials; 3 BS1018 M35 cobalt-blended blades for demanding applications on stainless steel and other hardened metals; and 3 BK3010 blades matching BS1010 geometry but optimised for small-diameter holes. Complementing the blades is a 5-piece set of hardened alloy steel needle files, each 150 mm (6 inches) long, ideal for controlled smoothing and finishing of sharp edges after initial burr removal. A dedicated micro flush-cut pliers with 10 mm jaw capacity and 21-degree angled head delivers clean, flush cuts on soft wires up to 16-gauge (1.3 mm). The central tool features an all-metal electroplated handle for long-term corrosion resistance and reliable grip, plus a fully rotating 360° head that simplifies blade orientation on complex contours and facilitates rapid blade swaps. Suitable for straight, curved and internal edges across DIY, plumbing, 3D printing, model making, and general metal/plastic fabrication.
