Rugged Aluminium NC750X Mount

A robust, application-specific motorcycle navigation bracket built for Honda NC750X, NC750 XAM and NC750X DCT (2021+). Made from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy — widely used in aerospace and motorsport applications for its fatigue resistance and weldability — this mount undergoes CNC machining for precise tolerances (±0.15 mm). Each bracket weighs 142 g and features chamfered edges to prevent snagging on gloves or clothing. Compatible with smartphones measuring up to 85 mm wide and 163 mm tall, including popular models used by UK riders for offline mapping and emergency services integration. Installation uses the bike’s existing upper fairing mounting points — no additional brackets, adapters or drilling required. The connecting rod is solid aluminium (not hollow or composite), providing torsional stiffness that prevents rotational play. All fasteners are stainless steel with nylon-insert locknuts to maintain clamping force over time and vibration cycles. Surface finish is bead-blasted for uniform matte texture and improved grip against fairing surfaces. Developed with input from UK-based NC750X owners, it addresses real-world pain points: screen visibility in rain, secure retention on bumpy A-roads, and quick removal when parking in urban centres — supporting safer, more confident navigation across diverse riding environments.
