sacred shell + frangula 60 tablets

Cascara sagrada + frangula de Sotya is a food supplement commonly used to treat occasional constipation, as a laxative without being irritating to the digestive system. Cascara sagrada is a stimulant laxative that increases colon peristalsis by irritating the mucosa and acting on the nervous system. It also reduces the absorption of fluids and electrolytes, preventing the stool from becoming excessively dehydrated and resulting in constipation. One of the main benefits of frangula is that it is used to treat constipation by acting as a purgative, laxative, anthelmintic and cholagogue. It also stimulates bile secretion, so it helps improve the health of the gallbladder and liver. In addition, this bile secretion helps purify the body of excess uric acid. In low doses it acts at the stomach and cholagogue level. In medium doses it is a laxative that acts on the large intestine. Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably before going to bed, with a glass of water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal upset. Keep in a cool and dry place.
