SCART to RF Adapter Long-Range PLL Output

This SCART-to-RF adapter delivers dependable conversion from 21-pin SCART sources to stable RF broadcast-style output, designed specifically for integration with older televisions using only an antenna input. Physical specs: not provided in source; input: SCART (supports composite video + stereo audio); output: 75 Ω RF coaxial; selectable RF carrier frequencies: 61.25 MHz and 67.25 MHz (custom 40–900 MHz options available); RF output gain: 80 dB; default broadcast standard: PAL DK; optional regional variants include PAL I/BG, NTSC, SECAM, and M/N/L sound systems; powered via 5 V / 500 mA USB supply; power draw: less than 0.5 W; core modulation uses a high-stability imported PLL chip to prevent frequency drift during operation. The unit allows users to connect devices such as DVD players, satellite/cable set-top boxes, media streamers, or retro gaming consoles equipped with SCART outputs directly to TVs that lack modern AV ports. Signal loss is significantly reduced compared to direct SCART cabling, enabling practical use over distances previously impossible with baseband connections. Installation involves plugging SCART source into the converter, connecting RF OUT to the TV’s RF IN (antenna socket), powering via USB, and performing a standard TV channel scan — selecting either 61.25 or 67.25 MHz depending on local interference. Sound system must be manually set to DK on older sets to prevent distortion; smart TVs usually detect this automatically.
