Spirals with Hemp is produced only with selected raw materials. The durum wheat used is 100% of Italian origin. Combined with hemp, it gives rise to a paste with a typical and particular flavor, rich in precious nutritional properties. The pasta making process is characterized by slow drying at a low temperature that allows to preserve most of the properties and flavor of the ingredients. It is recommended to cook with 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of product. Recommended cooking time 5-7 minutes. May contain traces of other cereals containing gluten ( spelt and khorasan wheat, rye, barley, oats ), soy and sesame.
