Features a concealed compression spring system enabling vertical compliance, and a sealed swivel raceway for long-term rotational reliability. The mounting plate has two standard 6 mm clearance holes spaced 60 mm apart — compatible with common gate timber thicknesses (38–70 mm) and round/square tubular rails (30–60 mm). The PU compound is formulated for low-temperature flexibility (down to -10°C), UV resistance, and resistance to degradation from diesel, petrol, and common agricultural chemicals — critical for rural and suburban UK installations.
