Stepper Motor Controller with Angle Speed Pulse LCD

A self-contained stepper motor controller and driver board engineered for 42 mm and 57 mm frame stepper motors. Measures approximately 12.5 cm wide × 8.5 cm deep × 4.5 cm high and weighs around 280 grams. Constructed with impact-resistant black plastic housing. Fully integrated design merges driver electronics and control logic — operates standalone without Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or external driver modules. Includes a backlit LCD screen, tactile Forward/Reverse buttons, adjustable rotary encoder knob, and system mode toggle switch. Offers 13 selectable operating modes. Users can define time delay between pulses, adjust rotational speed (RPM), specify angular displacement (e.g., 1.8°, 90°, 180°), and set linear or angular distance targets. Supports both manual step-by-step jogging and fully automated cycling. Display continuously shows active speed, programmed delay, and accumulated cycle time. Settings are preserved in non-volatile memory. Suitable for benchtop automation, small CNC axes, fluid dosing systems, and academic motion-control experiments.
