Sturdy PP Adjustable Fire Hose Nozzle

Crafted from homopolymer polypropylene, this nozzle combines chemical inertness, thermal stability (–10°C to +80°C operating range), and mechanical resilience. External dimensions: 18.2 cm × 5.2 cm × 5.2 cm; net weight: 280 g. The inlet features a precision-machined 1/2 inch BSP male thread with dual NBR sealing rings to prevent cross-threading and ensure drip-free connection. Internal waterways are chamfered and polished to reduce friction loss and inhibit calcium deposit build-up over time. Adjustment is achieved via a single stainless-steel pivot pin and reinforced PP gear mechanism, enabling silent, backlash-free rotation through all five spray positions. Flow rate varies from 6.5 L/min (mist) to 22 L/min (jet) at 4 bar input — measured using UKAS-traceable flow meters. All components are fully disassemblable for cleaning or inspection without tools. Designed for repeat use in variable conditions: from weekly patio cleaning and seasonal orchard irrigation, to workshop floor rinsing and volunteer fire brigade drills. Not rated for use with foam agents, seawater, or corrosive detergents unless pre-approved by material compatibility charts.
