Thermally Optimised 710 Valve Sensor Probe

A thermally optimised replacement probe for gas fryers using the 710 thermostat valve. Constructed entirely from metal, it offers exceptional resistance to rust, thermal expansion stress, and chemical exposure in commercial cooking environments. Its 120 cm length allows secure positioning of the sensing element in the oil bath while keeping connectors at safe distances from radiant heat. Operating reliably between 120°C and 200°C, it delivers accurate, repeatable feedback to maintain consistent frying performance. The probe uses a plug-and-play connection compatible with standard 710 valve wiring looms — no trimming, stripping, or reprogramming required. Its ductile metal cable ensures smooth handling during installation and long-term durability under vibration and repeated thermal shock.
