Thermosensitive Denture Stabilising Beads

These thermosensitive polymer beads offer targeted denture stabilization and temporary tooth surface adaptation. Activated by immersion in hot water (60–70°C), they transition from solid to translucent, viscous gel within 30–60 seconds. After brief air cooling (~5 sec), the material is ready for direct placement and shaping onto denture fitting surfaces or minor dental defects. Once seated, it adapts intimately to oral anatomy and sets fully within 1–2 minutes at body temperature. Dimensions: ~8 mm × 4 mm; weight: ~0.8 g per bead. Free from zinc, gluten, latex and artificial dyes. Complies with EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for food-contact materials—suitable for incidental oral exposure during short-term use.
