Three Phase 500W BLDC Controller Hall

A purpose-built three-phase BLDC motor controller designed for Hall-sensor-equipped motors with 120° electrical angle configuration. It operates from 6V to 60V DC input, supports 16A rated current and 20A peak current, and delivers up to 500W peak power — with typical continuous operation in the 200–300W range depending on thermal conditions. Its physical size is 6.3 × 4.5 × 3.1 cm, making it among the smallest industrial-grade controllers capable of this power class. Speed control is implemented via either a 2.5–5V PWM signal or 0–5V analog voltage input — supporting both embedded and programmable logic environments. Integrated overcurrent protection prevents damage during unexpected load changes or mechanical binding. Applications span electric assist vehicles, modular conveyor systems, collaborative robot joints, and academic research platforms where predictable, feedback-controlled BLDC operation is required — all without needing external Hall signal conditioning or current sensing circuits.
