UV-Curing Windshield Crack Repair Kit

This windshield crack repair kit uses aminoacrylate-based adhesive combined with epoxy reinforcement to deliver rapid, durable repairs on laminated automotive glass. Each unit contains one 15 g bottle of low-viscosity resin and one UV-transparent curing film. Application requires no specialised equipment: simply dispense onto crack, remove air bubbles with a razor blade, expose to direct sunlight or UV lamp for 10–30 minutes, then peel film and trim excess. The cured resin achieves high optical clarity and mechanical strength, improving both appearance and structural integrity. Compatible with standard OEM laminated windshields; not intended for side windows, rear windows, or damaged areas within 5 cm of the edge or driver’s primary viewing zone.
