Specially designed blades grind whole grains into flours, mix batter, and simulate the kneading process to easily prepare dough for baking.An additional container or replacement designed to fit for Vitamix, compatible for C series blender and for G-Series blenders.The container is clearly marked with ounce and cup measurements.Hardened stainless steel blades make sure mixing. The container is oversized, not easy to break, more chemical resistant.The lid has removable plug with measured values marked on it and allows the addition of ingredients during processing. Spill-proof cover vents allow hot and cold food to expand and contract.This transparent no-drip spout container allows you to witness the whole process from start to finish. It has raised calibration and can easily measure ingredients in ounce, cup or metrics. The container includes wet blade and 2-part locking lid, which is easy to remove.
