Washable Gel Insole & Heel Grip Set

This 14-piece value pack includes: 1 pair T-shaped heel grips, 1 pair gel heel liners, 3 pairs shoe insert stickers, 1 pair forefoot pads, and 1 pair arch support insoles. All items are made from soft, clean, sturdy silicone gel. The heel grips measure approximately 6.5 cm × 3.5 cm (T-type), heel liners are contoured to fit standard women’s heels, forefoot pads are ~8 cm × 5 cm, and arch supports are full-length, anatomically shaped. Total weight of the pack is approx. 85 g. The gel components provide targeted cushioning and grip: T-grips anchor at the back and sides of the heel to prevent slippage; heel liners absorb impact and reduce friction against the Achilles; forefoot pads relieve metatarsal pressure; arch supports offer gentle lift and alignment for flat or low-arch feet. All pieces feature strong self-adhesive backing that reactivates after washing with mild soap and water. Ideal for high heels, pumps, sandals, mules and flats — especially styles running slightly large.
