Waterproof Sensor Temp Controller

This digital temperature controller combines rugged usability with technical capability tailored for UK and EU-based agricultural, food storage and biotech applications. It uses a fully waterproof temperature sensor to maintain consistent accuracy in high-humidity or splash-prone areas such as dairy chillers, reptile enclosures, mushroom grow rooms and aquaponics sumps. The front-panel HD LCD and four tactile keys enable confident operation even with limited visibility or gloved hands. Its 30A/220V relay output supports direct switching of major thermal equipment including chest freezers, infrared heaters, extraction fans and HVAC dampers. Both heating and cooling modes operate with user-defined hysteresis to ensure smooth transitions and avoid unnecessary wear. The delay start feature introduces a mandatory pause after power-up or alarm reset, preventing premature activation due to transient spikes or sensor warm-up drift. Temperature correction (−10.0°C to +10.0°C) enables compensation for known thermal gradients or sensor tolerance, improving long-term repeatability. If measured temperature breaches the alarm limit, the device triggers dual sensory feedback — loud buzzer and flashing LED — and instantly opens the relay contacts. Pressing any button silences the alarm and re-enables control, allowing rapid recovery without full restart.
