The R1 remote control is compatible only with TTLOCK devices that support the remote control function. Not all TTLOCK devices are compatible—your device must have the "Wireless Key Fob" option available in the TTLock app and your TTLock module must support remote control functionality. To use the wireless remote controller, ensure your TTLOCK smart device supports adding a remote controller through the app interface. If this option is not available, the remote will not work with your device.
