How to change your password: There is a hole behind the lock. In the unlocked state, use a small stick to press the hole and simultaneously select your new password. Finally, release the stick to complete the password change. Please allow 1-5mm difference due to manual measurement. Why can't the lock rotate? During transit across the ocean, the password may be correct but the lock may not rotate. Do not worry; simply pull the 3-digit dial to the left and right, then reset it to 000, hold the handle (refer to picture 4), and firmly rotate it to the right (may require slight force). This will resolve the issue.
